Come and explore the Environmental Learning Center located at 2342 Hwy. 92 East, Oskaloosa, IA. It is currently open for scheduled programs. The ELC is open to the public from Monday through Friday 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. or by appointment. Call us at (641) 673-9327 to schedule a visit.
